TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All goods supplied shall be at the buyers risk after delivery.
2. Goods remain the property of Ashton Games until paid for in full.
3. All damages or shortages must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving delivery.
4. Damaged items must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery.
5. Full credit in the form of a replacement item/s will be allowed for all agreed claims.
6. No goods are to be considered to have been supplied on a “sale or return” basis.
7. An order cancelled after despatch will be subject to reasonable costs.
8. Any agreed credit terms are strictly 14 days from date of invoice. No further goods will be supplied until the account is paid in full. The company reserves the right to charge interest at the rate of 2.5% per month on accounts not settled within 14 days from date of invoice.
9. Ashton Games is not VAT registered and all prices quoted are what will be due at the time of invoice.
10. We aim to despatch all orders within 7 days. If we are unable to do this we will let you know as soon as possible.
11. Orders will be subject to a carriage charge. Carriage charges for the Highlands and islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands will be quoted on request.
12. Overseas orders will be despatched on receipt of full payment. Carriage on overseas orders will be charged at cost and agreed with the customer before despatch.
13. Due to currency variations and other factors outside our control all prices are subject to change without notice.
